This sassy wine is fruit forward with blackberry and dark cherry on the palate, floral aromas, and a subtle spicy pepper finish.
Pairs beautifully with grilled meats, portobello mushrooms, strong cheeses and cozy fireside chats.
Great wine is an expression of the area it comes from, it’s grown not made. A combination of soil, sun, vine & man, our wine begins with its roots deep within the soil of the Great Basin Desert. It is ripened by the Okanagan sun and then aged in our underground cellar. Legend has it, our wines are blended by the Hidden Chapel… tasting is believing!
